let's fight pollution...with THE FORCE!




I bet Everyone has just loved the Volkswagen (VW) commercial ft. the Imperial March theme (taken from the Star Wars saga)..just so cool! isnt' it?

Of course if you love the Lukas' saga, you have to love this ad! so, what's this story about?

Ok, recently Greenpeace, an ecologist no-profit org. (best known for having been the "whale saver" during last century, and then for having hand on the baton to Sea Shepherd concerning real animalist-activism, while they were going on focusing much more about political issues such as the environment)..so they have created an "answer video"- if we want to use "youtube words" - to the famous ad. that's to say, a Darth Vader kid as well, but that has to face a whole Jedi, Ewok, princess Leila and so on Kid Army that represent the Rebellion...to what? and Why?

Well, they're just doing what Greenpeace started years ago with only words, that's to say: point their fingers (and laser swords) at what the Real "dark force" behind VW is: the CO2.


Recently all the main car builders have been working on how reduce CO2, and from Japan we have also recently welcomed the first "hybrid" with a photovoltaic panels on its top that allows the owner to have a lot of functions working simply thanks the sun, finally not only at home, but also on his car.

Renault has prepared a very good plan to reduce CO2 not only while driving, but while "creating" the car too, reducing their own CO2 production even in industries. Just like Renault, also Citroën, has worked very well in this sense...

So while the whole Europe was creating innovative programs to save the planet from pollution, what was VW doing? Well, just nothing...Yes. So it is. They have done Nothing! well, except for creating over polluting cars, just like always since VW was invented by the Führer.

That's why Greenpeace has pointed its finger at VW, raising up a real "rebellion alliance"...

So the "cars for people" factory (that's the meaning of Volkswagen ) is really listening its own people?

What we can see in Germany during the last period at least, is that, who's on the top of everything and should listen what people want, simply snub them with non-chalance (i.e. before their last poll, few after the Fukushima disaster, people said they didn't want Nuclear plants in Germany any more, and so they took away power from Chancellor Merkel who continued to say she is for nuclear power. - ...i mean! crazy woman! .--. ) so, as Germany recently turned out to be green (well, not as my beloved France at least..!) they should pay attention to this commercial answer, that as Greenpeace has taught during its long actions career, ALWAYS reach the audience...! in one way or another...at least!

So, VW...pay attention! I bet that, if you're going to do nothing to change your ecological (dramatic) situation, it will pass not so much time before you will find out that you have lost a big part of your Volks..!
